Rockwood, ON
Growing up, hidden in the "backwoods" of Guelph Ontario was this little place called Rockwood, a gem if you will. Throughout this little place called rockwood sticks out endless limestone canvases. Climbing in it's beginning for me...well it started at this place. I never really knew, until a recent trip there, how much this place had to offer. Deep water soloing, amazing bouldering, epic opportunities for endless routes. Everywhere i looked there was something new to climb. I couldn't believe it. I guess, with the focus on training, getting stronger...well it has opened up new possibilities. What once was not climbable, well now it's fathomable. Steep, sick, big, water, amazing features, roofs...it had it all. If ever in that neck of the woods, go there...it's worth it.
